Descendants of Thomas FARMER & Mary CAMPBELL

Thomas worked as a baker in the City of Glasgow. In 1838 he married Mary CAMPBELL and they raised seven children. Their youngest daughter, Agnes apparently got herself in the 'family way' and had a daughter Margaret in 1870. Maggie was given up for adoption and taken in by Andrew and Margaret SHANKIE and thus began a remarkable series of events that would evetually bring Maggie to Prince Edward County. Ken MacSTEPHEN was born and raised in Prince Edward County, Ontario, Canada. He married married Ruth WARD, also a native of 'The County' Ken currently lives in Toronto, Ontario and is a direct descendant of the captioned couple, see his Pedigree Chart.
